Thunderball is my favorite, although most Bond movies seem to have diving in them.

Last week I watched almost all of them. I was recovering from knee surgery & borrowed the collection of DVDs from my dad

Theres a movie from the 50's (I think) called "Underwater!" that a bit of diving. Also has cheezy 50's treasure hunting theme and some crude UW photography. But if you're bored it worth a watch.

The TV Series The Sea Hunters is out on DVD in a collection. Not gripping plot lines, but real diving and actual history..powerful combination.

BTW I didnt mind Open Water, it was more of a study in human emotion aunder stress, than it was a "diving movie".. the fact it was handicam shot made the whole thing look more like a docmentary than a work of fioction...which added to its impact.

But there again I have a soft spot for indy movies.

Not only did the Cave blow chuncks the whole talking with a reg in your mouth was hilarious. At least the Deep and Into the Blue didn't make that mistake.
