MB-Sub X1-VB, extremely well made, one hand operation on/off magnetic collar, variable focus 3-25 degrees, AA or 3C cells, good for day or night. Highly recommend.
 
Something else to consider, the Light For Me,Mini body BackUp tec XML, is a 800L rated (probably fairly close), 6d beam powerhouse.

Most people that have seen mine, wind up getting one, or want one.

I also got the 2d beam backup narrow, but I'm not as impressed with it. It needs more power behind it.
