I've got a 2 YO Maximus. Had a purge cover problem, normal wear. The replacement failed quickly.

It turns out it was old stock in the supply system -- Sherwood has a redesigned Maximus purge cover that should correct the problem. The old cover has two metallic-colored pieces in the center, a stylized "S". The pins retaining the old pieces would snap, the inset would fall out. The new cover is a truly different design, has "Sherwood" fully spelled out across it.

Anyhow, there was some delay getting an initial response from Sherwood, but it appears they've tweaked their support, and I ended up with two very responsive individuals. I sent a picture, they immediately comped a new cover.
