Firstly, whichever fits you best. You want it to hold the tank stable and not be riding up or moving around on you. Other than that it depends what features you want.

Hi All..
I am looking for a good jacket BCD to buy, what's your suggestion?

I would certainly be looking at the Sherwood Avid. Mine is in semi retirement after over 400 dives and is still solid and enjoyable. This old post may be useful.

I like the ScubaPro line of Jacket BC's. I have a Classic Stab Jacket that has lasted me 14-15 years, and it works well, BUT, it's not weight intergrated. Most Jacket BC's now are.

Look at many, and try them on. Mares, Zeagle, Cressi, Tusa all have quality products.

If you want to vary your thought about your choice, consider a back inflation style of a Jacket style BC. I now use a ScubaPro Nighthawk weight intergrated BC that I use most often. I give it high marks.

I agree. After five seasons, mine has been wearing like iron. It is not as jacket-like as Scubapro, as the front portion just covers the kidneys. I bought it after a tank strap failed on a one tank strap BC. Avid has two tank straps.

I read of divers changing over to the metal plate and wing. This BC works. I don't have the urge to change.
