Good ecological white shark dive operator in South Africa?

Hiya,

I have been involved with shark conservation for a while and this year is the year to see great whites in the wild as I'm off to South Africa in August. There are, of course, an abundance of dive operators in South Africa and it's really important to me to make sure I pick one which is concerned with the welfare of the animals as well as one where I will be making a positive contribution to shark conservation. Does anyone have any personal experience of any shark dive operators which fit this description?
