I was looking at getting the E-PL5 at at one point, but when the E-P5 came out I wanted to get that because of the new features like focus peaking, but so far there's been no announcement of an underwater case from any manufacturer. At this point, I'm shooting for the E-M1.
And FYI, the E-PL5 fits in the PT-EP05L, which the underwater case for the E-PL3, with only 2 buttons not lining up: the video record button, and one of the function buttons. That's a good trade off, at least temporarily, for buying another $900 housing.
