Going to be in Ft. Walton for a few days.

My brother just called and said he was going to be in Walton for a few days on business and wanted to know if I wanted to come down since he had a spare bed. I'll be there from Wednesday to Friday. Anybody willing too dive with me or meet in the Eve and give new some pointers on where to go? I'm poor as a church mouse so I'm jetty diving, I hope.

Update I may stay longer depending on his job.

ETA: Now I'm on the laptop. He doesn't know if his job will keep him in Ft. Walton longer but there is the potential that I could be in the area longer. I see that Emerald Coast Scuba has a 3hr jetty dive. Is this worth taking?

I'm sort of thinking of flying down to save time. I have some SW vouchers to use. Does anyone know how they do the pony bottles that are flown in? (Charge for a Viz even though I just had it done?). TIA.

I might be diving with a buddy Thursday. Not sure yet where we are going...PM me if you are interested. I would not do the Emerald Coast Scuba jetty dive unless you just want to ride a boat to see a little more of Destin. We can tell you how to get to the jetties for free and you can spend all the time you want. It is a little of a walk to get out to the jetties, but nothing to bad.
