hmmnn... ive been back from bohol/dgte/cebu and all i did closest to diving was snorkeling. :( :( :( i envy you, kuya caloi.

those are just mere suggestions. you should know your body better than the doctor. hehehehe
 
nothing alarming. i mean, well, i am still alive now so the doctor was right: it was just overexhaustion.

i was having difficulty breathing 2 days after my dives last week. thought it was unsuspected DCI. i must stop reading the DCI thread in Scubaboard, its putting ideas into my head. went jogging/walking from sabang to puerto town to the jungle to la laguna beach few hours before my series of dives and had an overdose of alcohol the evening after.

i should have not run that day.

anyway, the body could only accommodate change so much. so, im taking it slow. :D
