Hi Tom -- I'm a new member to this board also, but couldn't help replying to your question about Cocoview. I have been diving in several places in the Caribbean as well as in the Pacific, and I have to say that Cocoview and Roatan is my favorite place of all. Why? Because it is absolutely the ONLY place I have ever been where you can truly have it your way. Other places may claim "unlimited" diving, but I have only found it to be absolutely true at CocoView. Dive slow and let the divemasters there introduce you to the fabulous underwater life, then try your hand at finding your own "critters". Don't feel like making the boat? No problem! The shore dive is incomparable, and there is plenty to see. Food's good, people are great! Have a wonderful time, then post a message and make all of us who aren't there a little jealous.

Been to Guanaja, but not to Roatan...hopefully you'll also get a chance to visit the Mayan ruins at Copan while you're in Honduras.
