Hello all,
I am new to the forums concept so bear with me here.
I have been on a huge hiatus from diving and am totally back into it. I got certified back in '94 with PADI. I made it to AOW then quit due to moving to OK and not having either gear or a dive buddy. College tuition always seemed to take priority (imagine that). I dove back in last year when I convinced the wife to do it with me. We are certified with SSI and have made it to AOW and now have 5 specialties.
We got outfitted with all our gear for warm water diving and are in it to win it!
Problem is it gets really cold around here and I haven't been able to dive in lets just say 'too long' so am going through with drawal symptoms...I really need a drysuit and a divebuddy with one too because she will not get in if it is below 75 degrees. I hope between magazines and SB I can get my fix during the winter months.
With all that said it feels great to be back!

Welcome to SB! WE dive the Blue Hole in Santa Rosa NM year round. We make the trip (6 hrs one way) from Denver several times a year. You are likely within driving distance as well.

Get on I40, head west for Santa Rosa, and dive the Blue Hole - 62F year 'round, altho the parking lot can get chilly in the winter. I've dived it with snow falling. ;)

Look around the forums, enjoy yourself, and click my name to send me a PM if I can help you find something here.
