I juat wanted to say that I'm glad I live in Pensacola. We just got the Orisskany and it should be sunk in late summer early fall! I can't wait!

I'm glad Pensacola got it thats for sure! I'll definatly be there to dive it soon after the sinking. Is there a link to the story?
I dove Pensacola a couple of years ago and I would say it is a very well hidden secret. The diving was very good. Lots of wrecks with tons of fish. The weather can be a bit iffy at times and the boat ride from the city is slow. The only down side I see is the long ride to this site. Many have said it would be at least two hours or more. The good thing is it should not have the strong currents that the SG has encounterded in Key Largo. And...hopefully the ship will land right side up!
