Gilboa, Portage, Whitestar June 18-20

The Hobart Aquanauts Dive Club (Indiana) is making a roadtrip to hit Gilboa, Portage and Whitestar from June 18-20th.

If you need a buddy or R planning to dive at this locations, it would be great to meet up. Right now, we're planning to camp at Portage for Friday and Saturday night. We only plan to be at Gilboa on Friday as I'm told that vis is lousy on the weekends. Portage on Saturday and morning dives @ Whitestar before heading back.

Hi Charles.

I'll be at Portage on Saturday with some buddies from my club. We're not camping so we'll probably be in the corner closest to the fill center.

I'm looking to be at Gilboa for Friday and Saturday (with jham2081 if we can work out the logistics). I'll post "recognition hints" later this week (e.g., vehicle to look for) when/if we know the details.

It was a painful decision, but the club has cancelled the trip. We had a number of people who pulled out last minute, so it didn't make sense to go.

If you're interested in diving, I'll probably end up going to Haigh either Saturday or Sunday. Probably Sunday.

Well, my logistics were OK, but jham2081's weren't!

OK, I'm still planning to go up to Gilboa on Friday (tomorrow!) and stay for Saturday. If anyone is going and wants a buddy -- GIVE ME A CALL!! 513-295-4739 My Internet connection has been down at home, so a PM or Post won't be seen until after I dive!
