Getting back into u/w photography -- any comments on Fantasea Nano flash?

Greetings from San Diego! I just bought a Panasonic Lumix ZS-8 point-and-shoot with manufacturer's housing and am considering the Fantasea Nano flash. Does anyone have any experience with this flash? Looking forward to getting back into u/w photography -- I previously used a Nikon N8008 film SLR in an Ikelite housing with twin strobes. That rig is for sale -- all offers considered. :D Also looking for dive buddies in San Diego who don't mind my slow pace as I learn to use the new camera.
