GEO dive computer - trouble in mode change

Hello all,
I have a GEO dive computer that I got recently. I am not able to change the mode from watch (Main time) to other modes (alternate time or even the dive computer mode). However, when I dive I can see the mode change to dive modes. This looks like a problem with the instrument to me. Has anyone faced this before? Any feedback will be appreciated.

Just tried it on mine:

- press "Mode" for 2-3 sec should change from watch mode to Norm. Again Gaug. Again Free. Again Norm.
- press Adv (in Watch mode) for 2-3 sec should show you the temp.

If that doesn't work, it's broken. If it does: RTFM.
