??? To who - me?

Have not gotten any follow up message from your DM back to me or the email I sent you…..
Sorry for the confusion. I was unable to repair the dead battery in this computer and couldn't find another way to cancel this thread. Would not try offering you a substandard product. Best wishes finding another dive computer!

Understand totally. My condolences. ScubaPro (unfortunately) has some history with dive computer obsolescence. Not the first... won't be the last.

If I can offer any hints to those of us who have one of these - it's this: Take your G2 every 6 months and pug it in for a charge. They use a Li chemistry and the battery has no protection. So, IF you let the charge run down over too long a time period, the battery can (and ultimately will) run down to a point where you will not be able to charge it (at lest not in the conventional sense.

f4erhinogib: I'm sending you a reply DM (and I'll shoot you an email as well) and see if you are interested in maybe helping me (and the community) to see if I/we can revive or otherwise figure out a battery replacement. I'd be happy to buy this from you still if we can possibly find a good way to do so. Worst case instance is that I can't fix it and just send it back to you. I've helped finding a solution for the Galileo Luna/Sol battery. I'm pretty sure I can do so for this one as well...
