I just got my girlfriend a Genesis React Pro off of eBay for Christmas. I was excited since she wanted a new computer and I got a really good deal on it (or maybe not). Anyway, it arrived today, and it seems to not be working: it takes several presses to get the buttons to respond (either of them), if they choose to respond at all. Are there any troubleshooting steps people can recommend, or should I just return it and find something else?
