It was -12 on the way in this morning and it got all the way up to -3 at 3pm. At least the sun was shining! :luxhello:

That's still too cold... I hate going to springs just to dive in warm water!

-17 this morning in Chicago. It's going to warm up today. We might break 0.

I'm down in C-U and we're getting the same thing...who'd have ever thought the pending 20's would be considered a heatwave? :biggrin:
 
Cold, but really darned pretty this morning on the ride in.

Air so dry and cold that clouds of fog were rise off any water not yet frozen over, and so cold that the fog was freezing onto every tree along the river and creeks, so that they looked like beautiful ice and snow sculptures in the morning sun!

So cold my breath was freezing into my beard just like the fog on those trees! Our first sub zero week this year, and I've had enough already! Now I'm ready for spring, ok?
