I wanted to get an idea on what everyone thinks. I am a Northeast wreck diver and my setup is double steal 120s, 2 regs w/ same size houses, two spg, two bottom timer/computers (a SPG and Computer are each in a console so I have 2 counsles), and 2 inflators houses (one on the right for drysuit and one on the left for BC. My guages go under my left arm and are cliped to my right side. The secondary reg is on a necklace around my neck. I car a bag cliped high on my chest on the right side and one to two lights deepending on the dive on my left side (high on my chest and they are not canasters). For deco I carry an AL 30 on my left side cliped to d-ring on the tank and dring on my chest.

I recently finished my Advanced Nitrox Course and Decoprocedures course, but my instructor said I should have and I set my gear up like so: doubles, right tank had 7 ft hose and drysuit inflator, left tank had 1 spg, bc inflator, and back up reg. Had my computers on my arm, a canister light on my right attached to my waist strap and wire wrapped around arm and head slipped over hand. He also said that things should e clipped to the side not in front like I described in the first paragraph.

So I wanted to know what others had and reasons why and where you dive. Would like to here from some people in NJ, NY, etc areas.

I did post this on the decostop site but wanted to hear from people on this site that my not have seen it.
Thanks in Advanced

Add a couple of Bug bags, move the pony to the rear between the tanks, stick a couple of lift bags on a broom stick would with a couple hundred feet of sisal line and you sound like what G.G. and the other "PLANET OCEAN DIVERS" looked like 20 years ago!

Sounds like your instructor has steered you in the DIR direction. If it works for you, go with it until you see a set up someone else has that you like better. Here is a link that gives some photos of the Bay area configuration.
