anything sugnifigantly difrent from hogathian cave diving rig. other than thicker line on the reels?

Not that I'm aware of, except for some personal choices. For example some wreck divers choose compressed (or hypercompressed) neoprene suits instead of trilam for wreck diving for the durability of the material. But even that depends a lot on how deep you dive and the condition of your wrecks.
