I actually had a near mishap last year on Eastern Skies. We were out in high seas and coming back thru the cut. The captain misjudged the entry & we got slammed broadside by a huge wave. I had just sat down before entering the cut and was looking over the starboard side for a way out over the tanks since the tipping boat was just a hair away from going over. Meanwhile on the port side, all the gear was stacked in crates which came barrelling over to my side striking both my shins. Big bumps, cuts & bruises but no really bad damage. Yet another vote for nauti-Cat!

Heh heh. I was on the boat that day too. We almost had a long surface swim, didn't we? :blinking:
