Hi everbody......I've been a diver for years and just made it to this website! I am going to the galapagos in June and would prefer to bring my 5mm suit but am told that a 7mm is optimum. What is the range of water temperature i will experience on a liveaboard in June in the galapagos..?....and i understand that i can only do 3 dives a day. thnx David C:

I went in the first week of July last year and I was wearing a 7mm semi-dry. Most of the people I was diving with were wearing 7mm suits. The water temperature ranged from 60F to 70F for us the week we were there (varying between the islands). I personally think the 7mm was necessary to have an enjoyable time and not be put off by cold.
