Galapagoes trip: June or Aug.?

Hello board members
I am trying to plan a trip of a life time to the galapagoes on the aggressor
just trying to figure out the best time to go
Problem is my wife is a seasoned diver with 100 plus dives but has never been on a liveaboard , niether have i , but she is not as gung hoe as i am and dosent like rough seas
she does get sea sick but medication controls it
i heard june or aug. would be about the calmist but i dont want to sacrifice seeing the whale sharks or the rest of the marine life ?
one agent suggested to take a shorter more inexpensive liveaboard first ?
PS> are all agents for the aggressor fleet about the same?
Any suggestions on any of the above would be greatly appreciated

I would say you'd have more chances of seeing whale sharks in August as this is right in the middle of the whale shark season. I was there in September 2004 and saw plenty of whale sharks at Wolf and Darwin. The only time that seasickness really was a problem was on the trip back from Wolf and Darwin to the main islands. I stayed dosed up on the scop patches and slept alot when not diving. It was a great trip.

I'm going in December so can't tell you about June/August. Regarding Aggressor pricing, as far as I can tell all agents have the same price regardless of if you book directly or through a travel agent.
