G10 Manual Focus save settings?

Can you save your Manual Focus settings on C1 or C2?

I know the camera will save the zoom length, but it does not seem to save that your in Manual Focus or your focus range... Every time I switch to the other custom setting then back, it goes straight into auto mode forgetting where my mf was at.

I want to be able to set C1/C2 to a specific zoom/focus and leave it set so I can just rock the camera in/out of focus on a subject.

Not sure if this is what you are asking but to save your setting fo C1 and C2 you have to make all of the setting and then hit the menu button and scroll down to "save settings".

Yeah, I can get it to save all my settings just fine. But it does not seem to save that I want the camera in manual focus mode or what focal length I have set.
