I would say, for 3 mm neoprene socks - one size larger than comfortable jogging shoes. For glacier socks - 2 sizes larger.

I ordered two sizes bigger along with the glacier socks and it is the perfect size. Best of all, they fit my existing fins! Will be testing them out next weekend in 34F water...
