To post images in a thread, scroll down to the bottom of this page, under [Quick Reply]; then click on the [Go Advanced] button. A new page will appear. Scroll down to [Additional Options] there is an entry [Manage Attachments] where you can browse to find, open and attach images to your thread.

It seems complex at first, but is really easy. Just be sure you have your images someplace you can find them easily.
