Well, I broke down and tried the exe file after doing checks on it for any potential threats and I have to admit is was pretty neat.
As already mentioned the zoom feature is a little awkward. But as a whole the experience was good.

I downloaded the PDF, since all my machines are Linux and their reaction to an EXE file is "huh?".
For What It's Worth, I'd bag the EXE version. PDFs are viewable everywhere, and you're going to scare off a lot of users with the EXE. Additionally, many businesses don't allow their users to run EXE files.
