free diving the big Island

Im going to Hawaii and staying just a little north of Kona here in january. I was on the south side side last year and forget my spears but this year im not going to make that mistake. Im going to be doing shore diving and was wondering if anyone can tell me some good spots and fish to get. Ive never spear fished while visiting Hawaii so anything would be awesome.
