I'm planning a Caribbean vacation for late January 2013. It'll be a partial diving trip, and we're currently planning on going to Puerto Rico. I've wanted for awhile to try out official free diving / apnea diving / ... and have been looking around, and am not finding much training or groups that go out down there. I'm sure there are tons of locals who free dive, but does anyone know of any instructors? Specifically in Puerto Rico, but I'd also be curious about the Dominican Republic or one of the Virgin Islands.

So anyone have any advice?
