Agree with Bob, dont book these DM 'internships'. Walk about and chat with people (divers and instructors) and see what they recommend but I wouldnt ever recommend becoming a DM slave to any company

You mentioned that you might need to purchase your equipment from the company. This really might be an issue too. I would check that out. What brands do they sell? We all know that our equipment is a very personal decision. What if you don't like if? What if it is marked up 3x the suggested retail price?

check out Scuba internships and Dive Training,Scuba Instructor training and Divemaster Internships & Instructor Scuba Diving Internships & Dive Training they pay you for work you do as a divemaster,,,the DM internships very inexpensive,,,but also try Dive College Mexico, PADI IDC, Dive Master & Instructor Training, Scuba Internships, Instructor Development Course and if your set on thailand.. www.learn_in_asia.com (check the mermaids site I might be wrong on the correct address) have heard good things about them also.
