I ended up with an Atomic frameless mask, not because of the design, but after trying about eighteen bazillion different masks, it was the one that fit best. If a framed mask had fit best, I would have gotten that one. I can't really tell any difference.

A frameless squishes up better than a framed handy to put inside the foot pocket of your fins when on a crowded dive boat so you mask don't get stepped on. Great for a spare mask to stick in your drysuit pocket, although fit with no leaks would be my first consideration.

try 10, 20 masks. try em again and again.
I bought a frameless outside my LDS because of fit.
blue white yellow pink well maybe not pink but fit is everything.
