As promised NTD leads the way yet again for looking after our divers in Ontario Yesterday Dan Mackay attended and passed the FQAS course for issuing diving permitts in the Province of Quebec.

So what does that mean for you.

You now dont have to search for an instructor in Quebec to get your card, all you have to do is come to NTD with advance notice to get it. There is a few ways to recieve your card, so I will lay out the simplest two ways here.

1. Take a course from Dan at NTD and you can be issued a three year card.
2. Come with proof of experience and Dan can issue you a thirty day permit for diving in Quebec.

Thanks to Kanata Diving Supply for hosting this event, and now we can get a DIRF in Morrisions Quarry, and students will be insured in Quebec through Dan.
