Are those the Hotfoot Socks? Hotfoot Drysuit Socks - Fourth Element Shop

What size shoe do you normally wear? I'm trying to get a sense if they run true to size or small. From the chart, I'm at the top of "M" but if they run small, than maybe the "L would work for me.
I wear a 9EEE or 9.5EE or 10 regular and wear a large comfortably. M is too snug with a wicking layer underneath.
