A strobe was found at the Monterey Breakwater today. I've
got it, and will be taking it to the beach dive photo comp
dinner tonight because there's a real good chance it belongs to
one of the entrants.

Kudos to Ken Howard, who pointed it out to me on my way out on the
second dive and Lisa and her buddy who retrieved it when I missed it
on the way back in from my dive.

Mainek and I saw the strobe floating next to some kelp from the wall, we thought it was a light. When we got back into the water for our second dive a diver located it and brought it to shore.

They had it set up as a slave strobe and were going to use it for backlighting.
It was clipped off to a BC and came unclipped and floated to the surface.
The owner was happy to get it back (it was a big old Nikon SB-102).
