I found it this Summer in the St.Clair River. It is a brass port hole very rare in the great lakes,most of the port holes where steel because of the fresh water and would not rust.

Nice find- Found a few myself, but the glass was usually cracked. Also found about 20 of those anchors this year. (Danforths and mushrooms)
 
I found 10 boat anchors on one dive, this Summer. I have found over 40 boat anchors this year. I will post a picture.
