This is a Panasonic DMC-TS3 Lumix camera. I found this camera not too far from the boat ramp coming back from a dive on Friday, June 9th. It was in about 20 feet of water but had still leaked. I removed the battery and SD card and blew out the excess water, then put it all in a bowl of rice over night. It works intermittently. You are welcome to pick it up. I'm in San Jose. See photo of owner attached.
