Forum UI change

Last few days I am having issues with forum controls while using Google Chrome.
When I click on alerts icon, now it opens page instead of a drop down window.
Also, I can not leave any reaction except Like, since clicking on it will open new page with only option to confirm or cancel.
I had to open Firefox to even type this, since on Chrome this portion is non responsive.
Is there some setting I have to change on my end?

I only use chrome and am having no issues. However, I did have an issue on another site. I uninstalled/reinstalled Chrome and the problem resolved.
