I don't know, Card, but the deal is still on! One of the best AOWs I ever taught was here at Plaza Bonaire. It's a great place to do it as there are so many opportunities and a variety of dives to do. MOST of them from shore, at that! I would even do an intro to tech class here if there is enough interest.

OK invaders, if you're not NitrOx certified and going on this invasion, you're probably dissed that you'll be missing out on the included NitrOx. Well, feel dissed no more. NASE will be providing free online academics, while Al, Elena and myself will be providing free hands on instruction for anyone who has not yet gotten their NitrOx cert! So no, you DON'T have to miss out on the free NitrOx this trip or any trip. Let me break down the pricing schedule once more so there won't be any missed communications...

Online Academic Class through NASE: FREE!
Hands On Training: FREE!!
NitrOx Certification Card: FREE!!! (if you pass the first two).

Total cost for this? Nothing, Nada and Squat!

It's also another good reason for you to come to the invasion. As soon as you have your spot, contact one of us and we'll take it from there. This offer is only good for actual invaders and can't be transferred to friend or family.

BTW, the three of us will be available for OW certs as well as AOW or most any other specialty. This will be a great time to get the whole fam damily certified.

Thanks NASE for supporting the Invasion. Here are the details:

1. Deadline to sign up for the NASE Free Nitrox class is June 1st, 2013 . You must be at least 12 years of age and a certified diver.
2. Send an email with your email address, phone number, & ScubaBoard name to either:

• Scuba_Dad, Al at Al@scuba-obsession.com
• or to me at divewithelena@gmail.com (for either myself or for Netdoc).

We will
1- verify that you have signed up for the Invasion with Invasion Leaders (Cardzard & Roxanne) & Al from Bay Adventures
2- then reply with a link and an access code to complete the NASE e-learning course. We will also email to you all of the necessary liability and medical release forms to complete.
Bring a print out of your completion and bring it and all the forms with you to Bonaire.

Depending on how many Invaders sign-up, we will be holding a couple of quick review sessions to discuss setting your dive computer, and tank analysis, etc..
First session will be the first night about an hour before the nights festivities, and again the first morning of diving about 30-45 mins before we are to meet up with the other divers. We will email to you more precise info as we get closer. We will complete quizzes, photos, PIC cards, etc. after the first day of diving.

[-]BTW, if you do sign up soon and are heading to FL between now and the Invasion (only 199 days to go), and arrange to meet up with one of us then, you can complete your certification before the Invasion.[/-] ooops! (mea cupa)

Course must be completed AT the Invasion.

ALSO, feel free to ask us about completing other NASE courses such as AOW or even get a new OW dive buddy certified during the Invasion.
Last year, both Al and I completed several AOWs and a few specialty certs for Invaders. :goingdown:
