Yep; my TDI AN/DP class included two deco gas switches (to 50% at 70’ and then to 100% at 20’).TDI does not limit AN/DP to one deco gas, though I think that's generally how it's taught.
You are correct. In DP the student must stay within their current certification level for decompression gasses. It is not until TDI extended range / trimix that the diver must have AN or equivalent as a prerequisite.The video indicates that TDI DP gives you access to 100% O2, however that's slightly inaccurate. That is only the case if you also have TDI AN, which can be taught at the same time.
