I called DAN. The medic said he believed it to be moderate decompression sickness.

Question. I have dive assure and I dove here at home. Will they cover me if I need medical treatment?
By all means they should, but it's impossible to say without knowing the details of your policy. I'd give them a call ASAP though, because if DAN is telling you that you may have moderate decompression sickness, that's not something that is going to resolve itself on its own.
 
so what was the dive pattern of those 3 dive if you recall them ? Any rapid ascent ? How long of surface interval between each dive, depth, safety stop etc...
