Just read in November Caribbean Travel & Life that the Flying Cloud, from the defunct Windjammer cruises, is supposed to sunk as a dive site "this fall." Looked around and found this site, which doesn't make it sound quite as much like a done deal.

Definitely not a done deal yet. We are waiting to hear from some "local" commercial divers about the wreck's status. If it is determined that FC isn't up to snuff, we'll move on and find something else. We are currently looking at a few other ships in case this one doesn't make it.

It is sad, because the Cloud would have made a fantastic dive site.

I used to spend a lot of time on the Cloud when I was a kid diving with BWD. Prime Rib Tuesday is still one of my fondest memories. Needed an extra 2 lbs of lead for the afternoon dive.

The Polyensia has been docked at the marina in Aruba for the past 2 years if the Flying Cloud doesn't work out.
