What do you use for flounder...Pictures?

Depends what I'm doing with it

For deep or pan frying I'll use your standard flour and and some beaten egg

Broiling - some breadcrumbs maybe some dry herbs

Of course you can always stuff it with some seafood stuffing

You might want to consider clarifying your question :)
 
Do you want to know how to catch it or cook it?

If you want to catch it during your dive, just buy a pole spear.
If you want to fish for it during your SIT time, squid and a minnow work well with a hook and line.

If you want to cook it, CT Sean's idea's looked pretty good.
 
This time of year just go lobster diving, shake some debris in the water and make some scratching noise they will come to you. It's almost comical!
