Went to Molasses reef first but the current was smoking!!
Moved to a reef I haven't dove in years Pickles reef
viz 45 feet no current and super flat calm on the surface
sparse fish subjects, part of the back end of the reef looked really blah at best
That being said coral restoration has done an amazing job planting staghorn coral on the front side of the reef
100s of plantings(picture shows the the thickness of the staghorn and there were hundreds of these plantings!
They have also planted Elkhorn and it looked fabulous.
