Florida in December

By chance, is anyone going to be in northern Florida between Christmas and New Years? My fiance and I will be hitting the springs and if the water is still warm maybe a boat trip or two and if anyone is going to be in the neighborhood I thought it might be fun to get together.

I dove Panama City two days after Christmas once. Water temp was in the upper 50's. It was a bit unexpected. 7mm and hood. Whatever you do..Pack a HOOD!

Also, Dive with Scotty out of Hydrospace. They're the best down that way.

We pal to hit Vortex Springs for sure and maybe a few of the others. If we get out on a boat it will be out of Destin, but it looks like the temps are going to be a little too chilly for that.

Let me know when you pin down the dates and places. We'll be diving sometime in that week but we haven't put anything in concrete yet.
