Oceanic has good customer service. I only had to deal with 1 problem, the glass fell out of my Datamask. They sent me a new mask and TX. It was out of warranty and they replaced it anyway.

I was reviewing the logs from both my vt4's from the weekend.
There are alot of 0's in the depth and pressure readings. Like a full 2 minutes of no link.
That does not give me high hopes for these computers.....
did oceanic replace it? Did you have a backup or did you dive tables?I bought a VT4.1 in Jan, first dive in Cozumel killed pressure sensor, was showing violation as if I was at 200+ feet even after a dive on the surface. I was very upset with the quality, don't they check before they ship? There was no way to turn it off when it was beeping all day with violation.
