Welcome to Scubaboard! The best diving in Provo is off West Caicos and French Cay. Make your decision based on where the boats go. I think Flamingo goes to both places but you should check.

I've been to T&C several times and can confirm that Flamingo can go to West Caicos and French Cay if weather permits. I have also been there when we were blown out completely because of storms so the time of year you go will be a factor as boat rides are longer here than other locations.
As to Flamingo Divers, Mickey and Jane are wonderful. They run a small "personal service" oriented boat. I believe they restrict their boat to 6 or 8 so there is plenty of room for everyone. This also allows them to really cater to their diver's needs. I was there for a week and the only time I touched my gear was at the begining of the week to hand it to Mickey and at the end when I took it home. They even put the weights in our BCDs so we didn't have to mess with it each morning. After diving they washed and stored our gear so we didn't need to carry it with us.
While diving, they again impressed us. We had a Jr diver with his experienced diver father so Mickey or Jane buddied with the boy so his dad could dive without worring about his son. They also didn't push me as a photographer to "follow the leader" so common in the islands. I'd be happy to recommend them to anyone. The LDS I booked my last trip through uses them exclusively after trying several other operations in T&C

Just got back and indeed, the experience was exactly as described. Dove West Caicos two days and had a nice experience. Jayne and Mickey were great. Picked everyone up at their hotels, and took care of all of our gear. Dives were off the wall at 80-100 feet. Jayne led the dives while Mickey stayed on the boat. I would definitely recomend them to anyone diving Provo.
