How is the diving (salt or spring) in FLA in Oct to early Nov? Are the H'canes over by then? Water still clear and warm?

Water is still warm by most standards. Can't predict the Hurricanes, but that IS towards the end of when we see them for the season.
Springs will depend on any flooding caused by hurricanes

Hurricane Season lasts through the end of November. Water is warm until mid November.
Springs are 72.
