I started getting some excercise a couple of weeks ago by swimming for 30min 3times each week. I have a nice little course laid out about 150yards square down at one beach and a 1 mile course at another.

Yesterday I started my swim at the "square" course, swam out from shore 150yards (about 40ft depth) turned North, then West, South and as I started the second leg of my second lap I see that I have wound up in the middle of a school of fish swimming at the surface. The school opens up a bit and I see that 3 barracuda are circling and apparently herding these fish around me. It was an impressive sight, though not being eager to be at the center of their attention I decided to leave the area and watch from a distance... needless to say, the ocean is a whole lot more fun to swim in than a pool!
