Hi Jim,
I checked with our VP - we are working on a new wide angle lens that will adapt to the DC800 and all previous digital cameras. This newer lens will have a wider field of view than the SL970, but is not a “fish-eye” lens. We are unsure what the cost or delivery time will be at this point.
