The flip side to "Shark kills Diver":
CNN has video of a 14 foot hammerhead caught off Singer Island, FL on Wednesday (approx 2pm) by some fishermen. Weighing over 1,000 pounds it was not quite the largest caught, previously recorded over 1,200 pounds.

The fishermen/captain spent 1 1/2 hours reeling it in, during which time the shark was injured and drowned. They "never intended to kill the fish, just hoping for a few pics and to release it". One of the fishermen said they wanted to see how "huge and beautiful" it was and then release it. A biologist said the shark wouldn't be a complete waste since they could study it, still sad.
I guess now they can stare at it all they want on their wall. The sharks family has no plans to sue at this time.
