I would recommend eden beach/wannadive as a place for the grandparents etc to relax as there are facilities there for them to do this and you can dive on the house reef.
Or a much better idea would be for them to go their separate way and enjoy the island, there's lots for them to see all over the island but usually not necessarily right in front a known dive spot
